1. 接听电话
在办公室接听电话时,一般要先报上自己的姓名与部门名称:This is XX of XX Office / Department. 这里是XX办公室/部门的XX。
也可以说:XX Office / Department, Can I help you? / May I help you? XX办公室/部门,我能为您做些什么吗?
打电话一方听到这样的话后,要告诉对方自己想找的人:I’d like to speak to Mr XX, please. 麻烦一下,我找XX先生。
或者告诉对方自己要转的分机号:Could I have extension 123, please? 请转接分机123.
确定打电话来的是谁,客气的问法是:Whom I am speaking with? / May I ask who is calling? 请问您是哪位?
想找某个部门:Is there the Personal Department? 请问是人事部吗?
如果接听者即是打电话要找的人,可以简单地回答:Speaking. 我就是,请讲。
想要了解对方打电话来的目的:What is this call regarding? 您打电话来是什么事情呢?
请对方稍等:Would you mind holding for one minute? 您介不介意稍等一分钟?
Please hold, I’ll see if he is in. 请稍等,我看他在不。
I’ll put her on the phone. Just a second. 我去请她听电话, 请等一下.
转接分号:I’m transferring your call. / I’m redirecting your call. 我帮您转接到分机给她.
要找的人不在:At the moment, he is in a meeting. 现在他在开会。
He is out / not here. Would you like to try again in an hour? 他现在不在,您可以一小时后再打来。
留 言:Do you want to leave a message? 要留言吗?

2.结束电话交谈

或者一些惯用的客套话:Thank you for calling. 感谢您的来电。
